Loneliness

First things first. Loneliness isn't a curse.
At par times, people across the globe, have experienced loneliness in one or the other way. Be it willingly or not.
Being alone is a part of life.
The more you run away from it, the more it scares you.
So the remedy you ask - accept it with open hands.

With a strong presence of social media everywhere, being lonely scares the hell out of people.
To avoid loneliness, people thrive on it. Do everything possible to grab the spotlight and be the talk of the town.
There's an unnecessary urge to stay connected. Always.
People simply can't digest the food, without liking a 9GAG post, or sharing a selfie.
Being alone gives time to explore yourself. It softly applies the much needed brake and slows you down momentarily.
Slowing down is equally necessary as speeding is to win the race. And some time alone, gives just that.
It connects you with the physical world. It makes you realize a bunch of stuff which you probably wouldn't have before. It gives you, your life back. And teaches you to take care of the oil drops while exploring the surroundings Paulo Coelho - The Alchemist).
